Welcome to AM Store. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and all digital products offered through it. AM Store provides digital goods only, including but not limited to game accounts, shared accounts, subscription accounts, and official digital activation codes. No physical products are sold or shipped. All purchases are considered final once delivery is completed in accordance with our delivery policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products, delivery is typically processed instantly after successful payment confirmation. In certain cases where manual verification, supplier confirmation, stock preparation, or internal review is required, delivery may take between one (1) hour and up to twenty-four (24) hours maximum. Delivery is considered successfully completed once the digital code, login credentials, or account access details are sent to the customer via the provided contact method. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout.

While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, availability statuses, promotional offers, and pricing information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date, occasional technical errors, synchronization delays, supplier stock limitations, expired promotional campaigns not yet updated, or pricing inaccuracies may occur. In such cases, AM Store reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or refuse any order prior to confirmed delivery. If an order must be canceled due to unavailability, expired offers, pricing errors, supplier limitations, or technical system issues, the customer will be notified promptly and a full refund of the paid amount will be issued without unreasonable delay.

Additionally, AM Store shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to system outages, payment gateway interruptions, cyber incidents, third-party platform policy changes, supplier service disruptions, governmental actions, regulatory changes, internet failures, or other force majeure events that prevent fulfillment under normal operational conditions. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue appropriate refunds where necessary.

Customers agree to use purchased accounts and subscriptions strictly in compliance with the official platform rules, community guidelines, and terms of service of the respective provider (including but not limited to PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, or similar platforms). Any misuse, policy violations, unauthorized modification of account credentials, sharing beyond intended usage instructions, cheating, exploiting system loopholes, commercial redistribution, or suspicious activity may result in platform-imposed penalties including suspension or permanent bans. AM Store shall not be responsible for penalties, suspensions, or account restrictions resulting from customer misuse or violation of third-party terms.

We proudly provide a One (1) Year Warranty on purchased game accounts and a Full-Period Warranty for subscription-based products covering the entire active subscription duration. This warranty applies strictly to technical issues directly caused by internal errors originating from AM Store, including loss of access resulting from store-side credential changes or internal mismanagement. Warranty coverage does not extend to issues caused by misuse, violation of platform rules, unauthorized data changes, third-party interference, external security breaches not related to our systems, or any activity inconsistent with the usage instructions provided upon delivery.

In the event of a reported issue, customers must contact support within a reasonable timeframe and provide sufficient information or evidence necessary for investigation. If a verified issue is determined to be directly caused by AM Store, appropriate corrective action will be taken. Within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, eligible cases may qualify for a refund where applicable. After twenty-four (24) hours, monetary refunds will no longer be available; however, if a verified issue originates from our side, compensation will be provided in the form of a replacement product of equal value. Replacement remains the primary resolution method beyond the initial 24-hour window.

Because all products are digital and irretrievable once delivered, completed deliveries are considered final and binding. Customers acknowledge that digital goods cannot be physically returned and that access details, once disclosed, cannot be revoked or reused.

AM Store reserves the right to refuse service, limit transactions, cancel orders, or suspend access to its services at its sole discretion in cases involving fraud, abuse, payment disputes initiated without prior communication, chargeback threats, suspicious transactional behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. These measures are implemented to protect both the integrity of the business and the experience of legitimate customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AM Store’s liability shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to a claim. Under no circumstances shall AM Store be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any digital product purchased through our website.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
