PRIVACY POLICY
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy or the Terms & Conditions, all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions.

2.1. General Scope

(b) to provide Products, digital accounts, subscriptions, digital codes, activation services, and related services;
(c) to communicate with Customers regarding Orders, deliveries, Warranty claims, Refund Requests, Customer Support, technical issues, and other service-related matters;
(d) to verify Customer identity where reasonably necessary to protect Customer Accounts, prevent unauthorized access, investigate suspected fraud, or maintain the security of AM STORE's Products or services;

4.2. Compatible Processing
AM STORE shall not process Personal Data for purposes materially incompatible with those described in this Privacy Policy unless the Customer has provided consent required by Applicable Law, such processing is permitted or required by Applicable Law, or the new purpose is reasonably compatible with the original purpose for which the Personal Data was collected.
5.1. General Principle
AM STORE processes Personal Data only where there is an appropriate legal basis to do so under Applicable Law.
5.2. Legal Bases
Depending on the circumstances, AM STORE may process Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases:

5.3. Withdrawal of Consent
Where Personal Data is processed on the basis of the Customer's consent, the Customer may withdraw that consent at any time to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal became effective.
5.4. No Unnecessary Processing
AM STORE does not intentionally process Personal Data where no appropriate legal basis exists under this Privacy Policy or Applicable Law.
6.1. General Principle
AM STORE does not sell, rent, or trade Customers' Personal Data to Third Parties. Personal Data is shared only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, for the provision of Products or services, or where otherwise permitted or required by Applicable Law.
6.2. Categories of Recipients

12.5. Unofficial Communications
