WARRANTY POLICY

1.1. “AM STORE” means the business that sells and supplies the Products covered by this Warranty Policy.

1.2. “Customer” means the original purchaser of a Product supplied directly by AM STORE, or any other person expressly recognized by AM STORE as the authorized Customer for that Product.

A person who merely possesses, accesses, receives, or uses a Product shall not automatically be treated as the Customer unless AM STORE expressly confirms otherwise.

1.3. “Product” means any digital product, digital entitlement, digital account, software license, activation service, subscription, digital code, downloadable content, or other digital item supplied directly by AM STORE.

1.4. “Product Type” means the category under which a Product is supplied.

The Product Type determines the applicable Warranty Period under Section 3 and may include:

  • Game Products;
  • Subscription Products;
  • Digital Codes; and
  • Any other Product category designated by AM STORE.

1.5. “License or Activation Model” means the method by which a Product is delivered, activated, accessed, licensed, or used.

The applicable License or Activation Model determines the Customer’s obligations, permitted use, restrictions, Warranty conditions, and circumstances that may limit or terminate Warranty eligibility.

License or Activation Models may include:

  • Full Account;
  • Xbox Home;
  • Xbox Sign-In;
  • PlayStation Primary;
  • PlayStation Secondary;
  • Steam Offline;
  • Microsoft Store Activation;
  • PC Game Pass Activation; and
  • Any other License or Activation Model designated by AM STORE.

1.6. “Product-specific Instructions” means any activation instructions, access requirements, usage rules, technical guidance, account-handling requirements, restrictions, limitations, warnings, or other directions communicated by AM STORE in connection with a Product.

Product-specific Instructions may be provided before, during, or after delivery and form an integral part of this Warranty Policy where applicable.

The Customer must comply with all Product-specific Instructions throughout the applicable Warranty Period.

1.7. “Supplier-side Issue” means a defect, error, access failure, licensing failure, activation failure, entitlement failure, delivery error, or comparable issue attributable to AM STORE, its supplier, or the condition of the Product when supplied, rather than to the Customer, a third party, a platform provider, or an external event beyond AM STORE’s reasonable control.

1.8. “Warranty” means the limited Warranty expressly provided under this Warranty Policy.

The Warranty remains subject to:

  • The applicable Warranty Period;
  • The applicable Product Type;
  • The applicable License or Activation Model;
  • All Product-specific Instructions;
  • The Customer’s continuing compliance with this Warranty Policy; and
  • All applicable exclusions and limitations.

1.9. “Warranty Period” means the period during which an eligible Product may qualify for Warranty coverage under Section 3.

The existence of an unexpired Warranty Period does not, by itself, establish that a reported issue is covered.

1.10. “Replacement Product” means any Product supplied by AM STORE as a Warranty remedy.

Unless AM STORE expressly confirms otherwise, a Replacement Product:

  • Remains subject to this Warranty Policy;
  • Remains subject to the applicable Product-specific Instructions;
  • Remains subject to the applicable License or Activation Model; and
  • Inherits only the remaining Warranty Period of the original Product.

1.11. “Goodwill Assistance” means any voluntary assistance, technical support, accommodation, recovery attempt, replacement, or other measure provided by AM STORE outside the Customer’s enforceable Warranty entitlement.

Goodwill Assistance is provided solely at AM STORE’s discretion and does not create:

  • Warranty coverage;
  • A contractual obligation;
  • An extension or renewal of the Warranty Period;
  • An admission of liability;
  • A precedent for another case; or
  • Any present or future entitlement.

2.1. General Scope

This Warranty Policy applies only to eligible Products supplied directly by AM STORE.

It governs the circumstances under which AM STORE may provide Warranty coverage, investigate reported issues, reject Warranty claims, and provide Warranty remedies.

This Warranty Policy does not apply to any Product, service, subscription, license, digital code, account, or digital content obtained from any third party unless AM STORE expressly confirms otherwise.

2.2. Documents Forming Part of the Warranty

This Warranty Policy shall be read together with:

  • the applicable Product-specific Instructions;
  • the applicable License or Activation-specific Warranty Rules set out in Section 5;
  • AM STORE's Terms and Conditions;
  • AM STORE's Refund Policy;
  • the relevant Product description or listing; and
  • any additional instructions or policies expressly issued by AM STORE.

All such documents form part of the conditions governing Warranty eligibility.

Where a Product-specific provision conflicts with a general provision of this Warranty Policy, the Product-specific provision shall prevail for that Product.

2.3. Limited Warranty

AM STORE provides only the limited Warranty expressly described in this Warranty Policy.

Except where required by applicable law, no additional Warranty, guarantee, representation, or condition shall be implied.

The Warranty does not guarantee that a Product will remain permanently available, continuously accessible, or unaffected by changes made by platform providers or other third parties.

2.4. Eligible Products

Warranty coverage applies only where:

  • the Product was supplied directly by AM STORE;
  • the applicable Warranty Period has not expired;
  • the Customer complies with this Warranty Policy;
  • the Customer complies with all applicable Product-specific Instructions;
  • the Customer complies with the applicable License or Activation Model;
  • the reported issue can be reasonably verified; and
  • no exclusion under this Warranty Policy applies.

2.5. Product-specific Conditions

Certain Products may be subject to additional Warranty conditions because of their:

  • Product Type;
  • License or Activation Model;
  • activation method;
  • delivery method;
  • platform requirements; or
  • Product-specific Instructions.

Such conditions form an integral part of this Warranty Policy.

Failure to comply with an applicable Product-specific condition may result in the loss of Warranty eligibility where stated in this Warranty Policy or the applicable Product-specific Instructions.

2.6. No Universal Coverage

Not every issue affecting a Product is covered by this Warranty.

Warranty coverage exists only where:

  • the reported issue falls within the scope of this Warranty Policy;
  • the issue is attributable to a Supplier-side Issue;
  • all applicable Warranty conditions have been satisfied; and
  • none of the exclusions contained in this Warranty Policy apply.

2.7. Independent Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where mandatory law grants greater protection than this Warranty Policy, such mandatory provisions shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

2.8. Relationship with Other Sections

This Section shall always be read together with:

  • Section 3 (Warranty Period);
  • Section 4 (What the Warranty Covers);
  • Section 5 (Product and License-Specific Warranty Rules);
  • Section 6 (What the Warranty Does Not Cover);
  • Section 7 (Customer Responsibilities);
  • Section 8 (Warranty Claims);
  • Section 9 (Warranty Resolution); and
  • Section 12 (Warranty Limitations).

No provision of this Warranty Policy shall be interpreted in isolation.

3.1. General Rule

The applicable Warranty Period is determined by the Product Type unless AM STORE expressly specifies otherwise in the Product description, Product listing, order confirmation, delivery message, or Product-specific Instructions.

The Warranty Period begins on the date the Product is successfully delivered to the Customer.

A Product shall be deemed successfully delivered when AM STORE has supplied the credentials, activation, entitlement, digital code, account access, or other information necessary for the Customer to begin using the Product.

The applicable License or Activation Model does not determine the duration of the Warranty Period but may impose additional conditions, restrictions, and Customer obligations affecting Warranty eligibility.

3.2. Game Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, eligible Game Products are covered by a Warranty Period of one (1) year from the date of successful delivery.

This Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous compatibility, or permanent availability throughout the Warranty Period.

Coverage remains subject to:

  • this Warranty Policy;
  • all applicable Product-specific Instructions;
  • the applicable License or Activation-specific Warranty Rules;
  • the existence of a verified Supplier-side Issue; and
  • all applicable exclusions and limitations.

3.3. Subscription Products

Subscription Products are covered only for the purchased subscription period.

Warranty coverage automatically expires upon expiration of the purchased subscription term unless AM STORE expressly confirms otherwise.

The Warranty does not apply to any renewal, extension, promotional period, or additional subscription time not supplied directly by AM STORE.

3.4. Digital Codes

Digital Codes are warranted only against Supplier-side Issues existing at the time of delivery, including:

  • invalid codes;
  • previously redeemed codes supplied by AM STORE;
  • incorrect codes supplied by AM STORE;
  • activation failures not caused by the Customer; and
  • comparable delivery defects.

The Customer must report any issue relating to a Digital Code within one (1) hour after delivery unless AM STORE expressly specifies a different reporting period.

Failure to report within the applicable period does not automatically invalidate the claim. However, AM STORE may reject the claim where the delay prevents reasonable verification of the reported issue.

3.5. Replacement Products

Unless AM STORE expressly states otherwise, a Replacement Product:

  • inherits only the remaining Warranty Period of the original Product;
  • remains subject to this Warranty Policy;
  • remains subject to all applicable Product-specific Instructions; and
  • remains subject to the applicable License or Activation Model.

The supply of a Replacement Product does not create a new Warranty Period.

3.6. Expiration of Warranty

Upon expiration of the applicable Warranty Period, all Warranty coverage automatically terminates.

Any assistance provided after expiration of the Warranty Period constitutes Goodwill Assistance only and shall not revive, renew, extend, or create any Warranty rights unless AM STORE expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

3.7. No Automatic Extension

The Warranty Period shall not be suspended, renewed, restarted, or extended because of:

  • troubleshooting;
  • supplier verification;
  • Warranty investigations;
  • temporary Product unavailability;
  • Goodwill Assistance;
  • platform outages;
  • Customer inactivity; or
  • any other circumstance unless AM STORE expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

4.1. General Coverage

Subject to this Warranty Policy, AM STORE warrants that each eligible Product is supplied in the advertised condition and is eligible for the Warranty coverage described in this Policy.

The Warranty covers verified Supplier-side Issues that exist at delivery or arise during the applicable Warranty Period, provided that the Customer remains in continuous compliance with this Warranty Policy, all Product-specific Instructions, and the applicable License or Activation Model.

The Warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent compatibility, continuous availability, or protection against future platform changes or third-party actions beyond AM STORE's reasonable control.

4.2. Covered Issues

Where applicable, the Warranty may cover verified Supplier-side Issues including:

  • incorrect Product delivery;
  • incorrect account credentials;
  • invalid or non-functional digital codes;
  • activation failures not caused by the Customer;
  • licensing failures;
  • Product entitlement failures;
  • supplier-side account access issues;
  • incorrect subscription delivery;
  • incorrect Product supplied by AM STORE; and
  • any other comparable Supplier-side Issue materially preventing normal use of the Product.

4.3. Activation Support

Where activation requires reasonable technical assistance from AM STORE, activation support may be provided during the applicable Warranty Period.

Such support is limited solely to issues covered by this Warranty Policy and does not extend to issues excluded under Section 6 or the applicable License or Activation-specific Warranty Rules.

4.4. Incorrect Product Delivery

If AM STORE delivers a Product materially different from the Product purchased by the Customer, AM STORE may, after verification, provide an appropriate Warranty remedy under Section 9.

4.5. Supplier-side Issues

Warranty coverage applies only where the reported issue results directly from a Supplier-side Issue.

Issues caused by the Customer, platform providers, third parties, or circumstances beyond AM STORE's reasonable control are not covered unless this Warranty Policy expressly states otherwise.

4.6. Product-specific Warranty Rules

Certain Products require additional Warranty conditions because of their Product Type or License or Activation Model.

The Product and License-specific provisions contained in Section 5 supplement this Section and shall prevail where they conflict with these general provisions.

4.7. Continuous Compliance

Warranty coverage continues only while the Customer remains in compliance with:

  • this Warranty Policy;
  • all applicable Product-specific Instructions;
  • the applicable License or Activation Model;
  • AM STORE's Terms and Conditions; and
  • any reasonable Product-related instructions issued by AM STORE.

Failure to comply may immediately limit or terminate Warranty eligibility where provided by this Warranty Policy.

4.8. Warranty Limitations

The existence of a Product issue does not automatically establish Warranty coverage.

Warranty coverage exists only where:

  • the issue falls within the scope of this Warranty Policy;
  • the issue is a verified Supplier-side Issue;
  • the applicable Warranty Period remains valid;
  • all Warranty conditions have been satisfied; and
  • no exclusion contained in Section 6 or Section 5 applies.

5.1. General Principles

The Warranty applicable to any Product supplied by AM STORE is determined by two independent factors:

(a) the applicable Product Type; and
(b) the applicable License or Activation Model.

The Product Type determines the applicable Warranty Period under Section 3.

The License or Activation Model determines the Customer's obligations, permitted use, restrictions, Warranty conditions, and circumstances that may affect Warranty eligibility.

Both factors must always be read together.

Failure to comply with the applicable License or Activation Model or Product-specific Instructions may result in the immediate loss of Warranty eligibility even where the applicable Warranty Period has not expired.

5.2. Game Products

Unless expressly stated otherwise, eligible Game Products are covered for the Warranty Period specified in Section 3.

Subject to this Warranty Policy, Warranty coverage may include verified Supplier-side Issues affecting the supplied Product, including:

  • incorrect Product delivery;
  • incorrect account credentials;
  • licensing failures;
  • activation failures not caused by the Customer;
  • supplier-side account access issues; and
  • comparable Supplier-side Issues materially preventing normal use of the Product.

Game Products remain subject to the applicable License or Activation-specific Warranty Rules.

5.3. Subscription Products

Subscription Products are covered only for the purchased subscription period.

Warranty coverage may include verified Supplier-side Issues including:

  • subscription activation failures;
  • incorrect subscription entitlement;
  • supplier-side licensing failures;
  • incorrect subscription delivery; and
  • comparable Supplier-side Issues materially preventing normal use of the subscription.

Subscription Products remain subject to all Product-specific Instructions and the applicable License or Activation Model.

5.4. Digital Codes

Digital Codes are warranted solely against Supplier-side Issues existing at the time of delivery.

Warranty coverage may include:

  • invalid digital codes;
  • previously redeemed codes supplied by AM STORE;
  • incorrect digital codes;
  • activation failures not caused by the Customer; and
  • comparable Supplier-side delivery defects.

Because Digital Codes are consumed immediately upon redemption, AM STORE may reject any claim where delayed reporting prevents reasonable verification of the reported issue.

5.5. License or Activation Models

The following provisions apply in addition to all other sections of this Warranty Policy.

Where a conflict exists between this Section and another provision of this Warranty Policy, this Section shall prevail for the relevant License or Activation Model.

5.5.1 Full Account

Applicability: A Full Account is supplied with full control of the account as described in the applicable Product listing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Customer becomes responsible for maintaining the security of the account after successful delivery.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall secure the account after delivery, maintain accurate recovery information, comply with all applicable platform rules, avoid conduct that may result in platform enforcement against the account, and maintain the confidentiality of the updated account credentials.

Warranty Coverage: Subject to this Warranty Policy, Warranty coverage may include verified Supplier-side Issues existing at or before delivery, including incorrect account credentials, inability to access the account due to a Supplier-side Issue, incorrect Product delivery, supplier-side licensing defects, and comparable Supplier-side Issues materially preventing normal use of the Product.

Warranty Limitations: The Warranty does not cover issues arising after delivery due to Customer negligence, disclosure of account credentials by the Customer, actions taken by the Customer, platform enforcement, third-party interference, or any exclusion contained in this Warranty Policy. Changes to platform policies made after delivery are outside AM STORE's reasonable control and are not covered by this Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.5.2 Xbox Home

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to Products supplied through Xbox Home (Home Console) activation.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall strictly follow all Product-specific Instructions supplied by AM STORE, including all activation procedures, usage requirements, account handling instructions, and restrictions.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty coverage applies only where the Customer has complied with all Product-specific Instructions, the reported issue is a verified Supplier-side Issue, and no exclusion under this Warranty Policy applies.

Non-Compliance: Failure to follow any applicable Product-specific Instructions immediately terminates Warranty eligibility unless AM STORE expressly determines otherwise.

5.5.3 Xbox Sign-In

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to Products supplied through Xbox Sign-In access.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall use the supplied account only as instructed by AM STORE, comply with all Product-specific Instructions, and refrain from changing account credentials, recovery information, security settings, or any account configuration unless expressly authorized by AM STORE.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies only to verified Supplier-side Issues affecting the supplied Product during the applicable Warranty Period.

Warranty Limitations: Warranty shall not apply where the reported issue results from failure to follow Product-specific Instructions, unauthorized account modifications, Customer misuse, platform enforcement, third-party interference, or any exclusion contained in this Warranty Policy. Unauthorized modification of the supplied account immediately terminates Warranty eligibility.

5.5.4 PlayStation Primary

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to Products supplied through PlayStation Primary Console activation.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall activate and use the Product strictly in accordance with the Product-specific Instructions supplied by AM STORE. Unless expressly authorized, the Customer shall not modify the supplied account credentials or security settings.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies only where the Customer has complied with all Product-specific Instructions, the reported issue is a verified Supplier-side Issue, and all applicable Warranty conditions have been satisfied.

Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with Product-specific Instructions immediately terminates Warranty eligibility unless AM STORE expressly determines otherwise.

5.5.5 PlayStation Secondary

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to Products supplied through PlayStation Secondary access.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall access and use the supplied account only in accordance with the Product-specific Instructions, refrain from changing account credentials, refrain from modifying security settings, refrain from altering recovery information, and refrain from interfering with the supplied account unless expressly authorized by AM STORE.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies only where the reported issue is a verified Supplier-side Issue, the Customer has complied with all applicable Product-specific Instructions, and all applicable Warranty conditions have been satisfied.

Warranty Limitations: Warranty shall not apply where the reported issue results from Customer misuse, unauthorized account modifications, failure to follow Product-specific Instructions, platform enforcement, third-party interference, or any exclusion contained in this Warranty Policy.

5.5.6 Steam Offline

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to Products supplied for offline use through a Steam account provided by AM STORE.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall use the supplied account only in accordance with the Product-specific Instructions, maintain offline usage where required, refrain from modifying account credentials or security settings unless expressly authorized by AM STORE, and keep the supplied Steam account saved on the Steam client throughout the applicable Warranty Period where required by the Product-specific Instructions.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to verified Supplier-side Issues existing during the applicable Warranty Period, including incorrect account credentials, supplier-side account access issues, licensing defects existing at delivery, and comparable Supplier-side Issues materially preventing normal offline use.

Deletion or Removal of the Supplied Account: If the Customer voluntarily signs out of, removes, deletes, or otherwise loses access to the supplied Steam account through the Customer's own actions, such action shall be deemed the Customer's responsibility. Any Warranty claim arising solely from such action may be rejected.

Goodwill Assistance: Where reasonably possible, AM STORE may, at its sole discretion, attempt to assist the Customer in restoring access. Any such assistance constitutes Goodwill Assistance only and shall not create any Warranty right, contractual obligation, or future entitlement.

5.5.7 Microsoft Store Activation

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to Products activated through the Microsoft Store using an account supplied by AM STORE.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall activate and use the Product strictly in accordance with the Product-specific Instructions. Unless expressly authorized by AM STORE, the Customer shall not modify the supplied account credentials or security settings.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies only to verified Supplier-side activation, licensing, or entitlement issues.

Accidental Sign-Out: If the Customer accidentally signs out of the supplied Microsoft Store account after successful activation, AM STORE may, where reasonably possible and entirely at its sole discretion, attempt to assist the Customer in restoring access. Any such assistance constitutes Goodwill Assistance only. Repeated requests for the same issue, or requests resulting from Customer negligence or failure to follow Product-specific Instructions, may be refused without affecting this Warranty Policy.

5.5.8 PC Game Pass Activation

Applicability: This License or Activation Model applies to PC Game Pass Products activated through an account supplied by AM STORE.

Customer Obligations: The Customer shall use the supplied account strictly in accordance with the Product-specific Instructions, comply with all applicable Microsoft platform requirements, and comply with any additional instructions communicated by AM STORE.

Supported Third-Party Titles: Where supported by Microsoft and the relevant platform, the Customer may link eligible third-party services, including but not limited to EA, Ubisoft, Battle.net, Riot Games, or other supported platforms, in order to access supported third-party titles included with the subscription. Certain Microsoft first-party titles or other designated Products may remain subject to separate platform restrictions and may not support third-party linking.

Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies only to verified Supplier-side activation, licensing, or entitlement issues existing during the applicable Warranty Period.

Warranty Limitations: Warranty does not apply to issues resulting from Customer misuse, unauthorized account modifications, failure to follow Product-specific Instructions, restrictions imposed by third-party platforms beyond AM STORE's reasonable control, or any exclusion contained elsewhere in this Warranty Policy.

6.1. General Exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Warranty Policy, the Warranty does not cover any issue resulting from circumstances outside AM STORE's reasonable control or from causes other than a verified Supplier-side Issue.

6.2. Customer-Caused Issues

The Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • failure to follow Product-specific Instructions;
  • misuse of the Product;
  • negligence;
  • accidental deletion of accounts or Product access;
  • unauthorized modification of account credentials, recovery information, or security settings;
  • sharing account credentials with third parties;
  • loss of credentials caused by the Customer;
  • unauthorized transfers or resale;
  • violation of platform rules;
  • repeated incorrect activation attempts;
  • installation errors caused by the Customer; or
  • any other Customer action or omission that materially contributes to the reported issue.

6.3. Third-Party Platforms

AM STORE is not responsible for actions, decisions, restrictions, outages, or technical issues affecting services operated by third parties, including but not limited to: Microsoft, Xbox, Sony, PlayStation, Steam, Valve, EA, Ubisoft, Battle.net, Riot Games, or any other platform provider.

Accordingly, the Warranty does not cover issues arising from:

  • platform maintenance;
  • service outages;
  • platform policy changes;
  • licensing policy changes;
  • regional restrictions;
  • platform security updates;
  • account suspensions;
  • account bans;
  • fraud prevention measures;
  • enforcement actions; or
  • any comparable action taken by a third-party platform beyond AM STORE's reasonable control.

6.4. Internet and Local Technical Issues

The Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • unstable internet connections;
  • local network failures;
  • hardware failures;
  • operating system issues;
  • incompatible software;
  • corrupted installations;
  • insufficient device specifications;
  • antivirus or firewall interference;
  • local configuration problems; or
  • any other issue originating from the Customer's device or environment.

6.5. Unauthorized Changes

Warranty coverage immediately ceases where the Customer, without authorization from AM STORE:

  • changes account credentials;
  • modifies recovery information;
  • changes security settings;
  • transfers ownership;
  • interferes with account configuration;
  • attempts unauthorized recovery procedures; or
  • otherwise modifies the supplied Product in a manner prohibited by the applicable Product-specific Instructions.

6.6. Revocation of Access

Where a Customer violates this Warranty Policy, the applicable Product-specific Instructions, or the conditions of the applicable License or Activation Model, AM STORE reserves the right, where technically or contractually permitted, to suspend, revoke, recover, disable, or remove access to the supplied Product or account without compensation.

Such action is independent of Warranty eligibility and may be taken regardless of whether a Warranty claim has been submitted.

6.7. Unsupported Use

The Warranty does not cover any Product used:

  • outside its intended License or Activation Model;
  • contrary to Product-specific Instructions;
  • in violation of applicable platform rules;
  • for commercial exploitation where not permitted;
  • through unauthorized software or services; or
  • in any manner inconsistent with this Warranty Policy.

6.8. Expired Warranty

The Warranty does not apply after expiration of the applicable Warranty Period.

Any assistance provided after expiration constitutes Goodwill Assistance only and shall not create or revive Warranty rights.

6.9. Matters Outside Warranty Scope

The Warranty does not cover:

  • dissatisfaction with gameplay or Product content;
  • future platform features;
  • future software updates;
  • future compatibility changes;
  • Product availability after supplier discontinuation;
  • Customer expectations not expressly stated by AM STORE; or
  • any matter not expressly covered by this Warranty Policy.

7.1. Compliance with Instructions

The Customer shall comply with:

  • this Warranty Policy;
  • all applicable Product-specific Instructions;
  • the applicable License or Activation Model;
  • AM STORE's Terms and Conditions; and
  • any reasonable Product-related instructions communicated by AM STORE.

Failure to comply may affect or terminate Warranty eligibility where provided by this Warranty Policy.

7.2. Proper Use

The Customer shall use each Product only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable platform rules and Product-specific requirements.

7.3. Account Security

Where the Customer is responsible for an account, the Customer shall take reasonable steps to protect: credentials, passwords, recovery information, authentication methods, and any other security information associated with the Product.

AM STORE is not responsible for losses resulting from the Customer's failure to maintain reasonable account security.

7.4. Preservation of Evidence

Where a Warranty claim is submitted, the Customer shall preserve all reasonably relevant information until the investigation has been completed.

The Customer shall avoid any action that may unnecessarily prevent verification of the reported issue.

7.5. Cooperation During Investigation

The Customer shall cooperate in good faith with any reasonable Warranty investigation conducted by AM STORE, which may include providing: screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, order information, account identifiers, timestamps, platform information, or any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

7.6. Accurate Information

The Customer shall provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during every stage of the Warranty process.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, altered, or fabricated information may result in rejection of the Warranty claim and any other action permitted under this Warranty Policy.

7.7. Mitigation of Loss

The Customer shall take reasonable steps to minimize any avoidable loss or disruption after becoming aware of a potential Product issue.

Failure to take reasonable mitigating steps may be considered when evaluating Warranty eligibility.

8.1. Submission of Claims

To request Warranty coverage, the Customer must contact AM STORE through an official support channel before the applicable Warranty Period expires.

The Customer shall provide sufficient information to allow AM STORE to identify the relevant order, Product, and reported issue.

8.2. Required Information

AM STORE may request any information or evidence reasonably necessary to investigate the claim, including: order number, account email or username, screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, platform information, timestamps, proof of the reported issue, or any other information reasonably required for verification.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in delayed processing or rejection of the Warranty claim where verification is no longer reasonably possible.

8.3. Investigation

AM STORE may investigate every Warranty claim before determining eligibility by verifying delivery records, account activity, Product history, supplier information, available technical evidence, and performing any other reasonable verification.

Submission of a Warranty claim does not guarantee approval.

8.4. Customer Cooperation

The Customer shall cooperate in good faith throughout the investigation. Failure to respond within a reasonable time or failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in closure or rejection of the Warranty claim.

8.5. Verification Standard

Warranty coverage shall be provided only where AM STORE reasonably determines that:

  • the claim falls within this Warranty Policy;
  • the applicable Warranty Period remains valid;
  • the reported issue is a verified Supplier-side Issue;
  • all Warranty conditions have been satisfied; and
  • no exclusion contained in this Warranty Policy applies.

8.6. Processing Time

AM STORE will make reasonable efforts to investigate Warranty claims as promptly as practicable. Processing time may vary depending upon the nature of the issue, supplier response times, platform verification, evidence availability, and Customer cooperation.

8.7. Fraud Prevention

AM STORE reserves the right to take any reasonable measures necessary to prevent fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or bad-faith Warranty claims.

9.1. General Principle

Where AM STORE determines that a Warranty claim is valid, AM STORE shall decide, at its sole discretion, the most appropriate Warranty remedy based on the circumstances of the claim.

No specific remedy is guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

9.2. Available Remedies

Subject to availability and technical feasibility, AM STORE may provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • restoration of Product access;
  • correction of licensing or activation issues;
  • correction of account credentials;
  • reissuance of a valid digital code;
  • replacement of the affected Product;
  • provision of an equivalent Product of comparable value or functionality;
  • correction of the original delivery; or
  • any other reasonable remedy determined by AM STORE.

9.3. Replacement Products

Where a Replacement Product is provided: the original Product may be disabled or revoked where technically necessary; the Replacement Product remains subject to this Warranty Policy; and unless expressly stated otherwise, only the remaining Warranty Period of the original Product shall apply.

9.4. Availability of Remedies

Certain remedies may not be available due to supplier limitations, platform restrictions, licensing availability, technical constraints, or circumstances beyond AM STORE's reasonable control. In such cases, AM STORE may provide an alternative appropriate remedy.

9.5. No Multiple Remedies

A Customer is not entitled to multiple Warranty remedies for the same verified issue.

9.6. Customer Cooperation

Where implementation of a Warranty remedy requires Customer cooperation, the Customer shall follow AM STORE's instructions.

9.7. Final Determination

Subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, AM STORE's reasonable determination regarding the appropriate Warranty remedy shall be final.

10.1. Nature of Goodwill Assistance

Any assistance provided by AM STORE outside the scope of this Warranty Policy constitutes Goodwill Assistance.

Goodwill Assistance is entirely voluntary and is provided solely at AM STORE's discretion.

Nothing in this Section creates a contractual obligation, Warranty right, legal entitlement, or expectation that similar assistance will be provided in the future.

10.2. Circumstances Where Goodwill Assistance May Be Offered

Without limiting AM STORE's discretion, Goodwill Assistance may be considered in situations including:

  • expired Warranty Periods;
  • accidental Customer mistakes;
  • minor account access issues;
  • issues not fully covered by this Warranty Policy;
  • technical guidance beyond Warranty obligations; or
  • other circumstances where AM STORE elects to provide assistance.

10.3. No Obligation to Provide Assistance

AM STORE may approve, refuse, limit, discontinue, or withdraw Goodwill Assistance at any time and for any reason.

10.4. No Effect on Warranty Rights

The provision of Goodwill Assistance shall not extend the applicable Warranty Period, create a new Warranty, modify this Policy, establish a precedent, or limit AM STORE's right to reject future claims.

10.5. Scope of Assistance

Where Goodwill Assistance is provided, AM STORE shall determine, at its sole discretion, the type, extent, and duration of assistance.

11.1. Fraudulent Claims

AM STORE reserves the right to reject any Warranty claim where it reasonably believes that the Customer has submitted false, misleading, or incomplete information, altered or fabricated evidence, concealed facts, or acted dishonestly during the process.

11.2. Abuse of Warranty

The Warranty shall not be used in an abusive, dishonest, or unreasonable manner, such as: repeated baseless claims, attempts to obtain multiple remedies for one issue, deliberate Product misuse, or seeking benefits not provided under this Policy.

11.3. Failure of Verification

Where AM STORE cannot reasonably verify the reported issue because of insufficient, inconsistent, unreliable, or unavailable evidence, AM STORE may reject the Warranty claim.

11.4. Consequences

Where fraud, abuse, or misuse is reasonably established, AM STORE may: reject the Warranty claim, refuse Goodwill Assistance, refuse future Warranty claims relating to the Product, suspend support for the transaction, or take any other reasonable action.

12.1. Exclusive Warranty

This Warranty Policy constitutes the exclusive Warranty provided by AM STORE with respect to eligible Products, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

12.2. Exclusive Remedies

Where a valid Warranty claim is approved, the remedies described in Section 9 constitute the Customer's exclusive Warranty remedies.

12.3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AM STORE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, business opportunities, data, third-party accounts, or any loss not directly caused by a verified Supplier-side Issue.

12.4. Matters Beyond Reasonable Control
